La Jornada Europea de la Cultura Judía se celebra por parte de la red de Juderías de España, durante esta primera semana de septiembre,siendo los actos centrales el 2 de septiembre.En Plasencia como parte de la red de juderías celebró la jornada Europea de la Cultura Judía con la inauguración de una exposición sobre legado judío en la ciudad y con una visita guiada por los barrios donde vivieron los judíos durante los siglos XII al XVI y al cementerio judío.
